Alexandra Reed Lajoux
Alexandra Reed Lajoux is founder and president of Alexis and Company, an editorial services firm, and has written extensively on mergers and acquisitions, international trade, and corporate finance. Ms. Lajoux has served for more than a decade as editor of Director's Monthly, the official newsletter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. She also wrote the The Art of M&A Integration for McGraw-Hill's Art of the M&A series, and co-wrote Art of M&A with her father, Stanley Foster Reed.
