Tony Kelly is the founder of KLA consulting organization, focusing on business process re-engineering, operations support, and enterprise application software implementation. Tony has been responsible for all operational issues. KLA has grown in sales from $4 million in 1996 to an expected $12 million in 1997.

Prior to funding KLA in 1995, Tony was a senior manager for Andersen Consulting. He also worked as a business planner for Marion Merrel Dow, Inc., for three years and as a senior financial analyst/customer service manager for Marion for four years.

Tony graduated from Xavier University's College of Business Administration with an under-graduate degree in business management and an MBA in finance and marketing.
