Cedric Read is a Director, UK, of Parson Consulting, the financial management consultancy. Read previously held the position of Global Leader: Financial Management Consultancy at PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as a Senior Partner.
Read spent 23 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and has significant experience of financial management consulting services. He has also written two books, CFO: Architect of the Business Integration and eCFO: Sustaining Value in the New Corporation. During his consultancy career he conducted consultancy assignments in industry sectors such as Consumer Packaged Goods, Energy and Utilities, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and Technology. He is currently working on his third book that addresses the role of the CFO in Business Integration.
