Carola Forssell
Carola Forssell is a popular speaker on proactive customercare and selling. She previously worked as a business manager for broadband services at Telia, was briefly CEO at the dot.com company QBrick and later salesman at the Telia-owned consulting company Validation. Now she is the CEO of her own education company Goda Råd in Sweden.
Carola has a M.Sc. in International Economics, with a Spanish major, from the university of Linköping and is also educated at the Slade School of Fine Arts in London. She is an avid golfer.
