Charles Ketteman is the Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting practice. His responsibilities include overall direction of the practice, research efforts for new products and services, and management of global alliances and partner relationships. He has more than twenty years of experience in consulting with clients in a wide range of industries. most recently his clients have been primarily concentrated in the telecommunications industry in the U.S. and Asia. He has helped clients make wide-ranging changes and develop new marketing and market expansion strategies, both domestically and internationally. He lives in Dallas, Texas.
