Eric Goldberg
Eric Goldberg is the Founder and President of Unplugged Games, the dominant North American wireless games and platform technology company, which has distribution agreements with Verizon, Sprint and AT&T, three of the four largest North American wireless carriers. Previously, Eric served as President of Crossover Technologies, where he negotiated and managed relationships with a succession of clients and partners, including Time Warner, Discovery, News Corporation, Microsoft, Viacom, America Online, and Sony. Eric's individual body of work includes Paranoia, MadMaze, Tales of the Arabian Nights, and The Tom Peters Business School in a Box.
Eric has more than 20 years of technology management, Internet and game development experience. He is a three-time winner of the Origins Award for Best Role-Playing Game of the Year. In addition, his MadMaze game, launched in 1989, was the first online game to attract one million players. Crain's New York named him one of the 25 Top Players Shaping Silicon Alley, and Silicon Alley Reporter named him to the SAR 100". Eric also serves on the boards of the New York New Media Association and NYU's Center for Advanced Digital Applications. He has been a regular speaker at the Game Developers Conference, E3, Internet World, CTIA, the Conference Board, IIR conferences, and other industry events.
