Edward Betof, Ed.D., is Assistant Vice President and Director of Human Resource Planning and Development for the U.S. Pharmaceuticals Division of Hoffmann-La Roche, Inc. Ed has also directed the Drug Regulatory Affairs and the Pharmaceuticals Project Management departments, and the Center for Professional Development at Hoffmann-La Roche. Ed previously worked for the Reliance Insurance Companies as Director of Human Resource Planning and Development and was a worldwide management consultant for Sperry Univac. Ed began his career as a teacher, coach, and educational administrator, and consulted extensively to public and independent schools, and was an adjunct faculty member at both Temple and Penn State Universities.
