Frank Partnoy , Professor of Law at San Diego University, B.A., B.S. 1989, University of Kansas; J.D. 1992, Yale University.

Professor Partnoy served as editor of Yale UniversityĆ­s Journal on Regulation and clerked for Judge Michael B. Mukasey of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. After working on Wall Street, he was an associate at Covington and Burling in Washington, D.C., until he joined the USD faculty in 1997. Professor Partnoy teaches and writes in the areas of corporations, finance and white collar offenses, and was co-recipient of the 1999 Thorsnes Prize for Excellence in Teaching. His publications include The Siskel and Ebert of Financial Matters: Two Thumbs Down for the Credit Reporting Agencies (Washington University Law Quarterly) and F.I.A.S.C.O.: Blood in the Water on Wall Street (W.W. Norton).
