Gunnar Selin is a consultant in leadership and management. He is Managing Director of KanLeda AB which specialises in leadership questions and management development public organisations and private companies, where external changes produces changes in the the internal and external behaviour of the organisations. This often has effects on managers, that suddenly doesn't "fit in" in the organisations anymore.

Gunnar has previously been manager of PA International's Swedish division for Executive Search. At the same time he was also the chairman of PA International Committee for Coordination and Developement of Personnel Services in Europe and North America. Thereafter, he was VP at Ekonomisk Företagsledning (EF). 1982, he was manager of the PA-Rådet Rekrytering with the Svenska ManagementGruppen.
