John Vacca
John Vacca is a former Computer Security Official for NASA's Space Station Freedom Program. While at NASA he developed a configuration management system for which he won a Superior Accomplishment Award. Currently, he is a consultant and freelance research contract writer for NASA, IBM, Boeing, Chrysler, Solicon Graphics, and the U.S. Air Force — just to name a few. An accomplished author, Vacca has authored and published over 300 articles and 13 books, including numerous white papers and case studies for aerospace and defense contractors.
