Keith Posner was professionally trained by Nationwide Building Society before joining Cornhill Insurance as Assistant Training Manager in 1991. Before leaving Cornhill in 1995 he finished managing the specialist training function on the Business Process Review project team. This encompassed planning and implementing the training of 200 Customer Service Advisors across thirteen UK branches, as well as delivering BPR programmes. Keith also operates independently, specialising in coaching, stress management and team-building. He is a licensed user and tester in the use of Occupational Personality Questionnaires and a licensed Trained Trainer in the Continuous Improvement Programme.
