Kathleen Sindell is the founder and director of e-commerce for Ph.D. E-Commerce Consultants; she is a nationally recognized expert on electronic commerce and e-security. Dr. Sindell specializes in delivering effective solutions for new ways of conducting business in the emerging electronic economy. Her interest and knowledge cover a wide range of electronic commerce issues. Her goal is to improve the quality of life and economic well-being of people and business organizations by providing information that they might not otherwise understand or have.

She is a member of the adjunct faculty at Johns Hopkins University since 1996. Instructor for the MBA program, specializing in electronic commerce and e-security.

She earned her BA in Business at Antioch University, her MBA (Finance) at University of California at San Jose and her Ph.D. at Walden University's School of Advanced Studies, Management and Administration
