Len Hardy

Len Hardy was Chairman of Lever Brothers, one of the UK's leading companies in the manufacture and marketing of consumer products, for over ten years. Prior to becoming Chairman he was Sales Director for four years and Marketing Director for six years.

His earlier training was in accountancy. He was a student in the Post-Graduate Department of Business Administration at the London School of Economics. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant and of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. In 1957 he was awarded a Leverhume Research Fellowship.

Len Hardy's first book Marketing for Profit, was published in 1962 and his extremely successful Successful Business Strategy: How to Win in the Marketplace in 1987.
