Lars O. Andersson, died in October, 2004. He was a Swedish Civilekonom and was active as a professional board member since 1993. Before that he was a VP at AB Felix and Volvo's food group as well as being a former CFO at Volvo AB and for the Volvo Group. Before his death, he was active in over 10 company boards (mostly as chairman) in different industries and phases (both mature and start-ups).
