Lou Adler is a veteran recruiter and CEO and founder of POWER Hiring Inc, a hiring consulting and training company. He's also the founder of CJA Executive Search (1978), a major executive search firm headquartered in Southern California. His industry career includes general management positions with the Allen Group and senior level financial management positions with Rockwell's Automotive and Consumer Electronics groups. He is author of Hire With Your Head, A Rational Way to Make a Gut Decision, (John Wiley and Sons, 1998), and the Nightingale Conant audiotape program, POWER Hiring: How to Find, Assess, Hire and Keep Great Talent (1998). This tape recently won Dale Dauten's (King Features Syndicate) Golden Playback Award for Best Audio Book of the Year. He is a recognized national speaker and featured columnist for many popular eHR sites. Adler possesses an MBA from UCLA and a BS Engineering from Clarkson University, NY.
