Nick Obolensky is a freelance with a portfolio of professional roles. He is the Development Director of the newly formed Centre for Tomorrow's Company, the UK Managing Partner of the Vth Dimension Partnership, and Managing Director of a small start-up company, Leadership in Action.

Nick has worked across the world assisting companies to adopt radical change.   His previous appointments include the Development Director of Gateway Foodmarkets (with the responsibility for designing and co-ordinating the process of corporate transformation into Somerfield) and Managing Consultant of Ernst & Young's Business Appraisal and Strategy Group (working for a variety of private and public sector organisations around the world, and also acting as graduate recruitment mentor).   He is a Visiting Professor of Nijenrode University and is author of Practical Business Re-engineering, published in 1996.
