Patrick Vlaskovits
Patrick Vlaskovits thinks that Customer Development is gratifying and even fun. After reading The Four Steps to the Epiphany, he used LOIs and screenshots to validate a product idea (before writing any code) at a startup he founded and subsequently flamed out.
