Peter H. Griffith is Ernst & Young's National Director of The Center for Strategic Transactions. He is former Managing Director and Head of the Investment Banking Division at Wedbush Morgan Securities. He served as a member of the Advisory Board to the University of Southern California Entrepreneur Program, and is a past president of both the Los Angeles Venture Capital Association and the Southern California Entrepreneurship Academy.
