Rex Jaeschke is a C language specialist and an active member of the ANSI X3J11 C Language Standards Committee. He is Cp-founder and Editor of the C Journal, for which he writes the popular Dr. C's Pointers" column, and is a regular columnist for both The DEC Professional and The Programmer's Journal for the IBM PC.
