Dr. Khadem received a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Illinois, a master's degree in engineering science from Harvard, and a doctorate in mathematics from Oxford University (Balliol College). He has been featured in USA Today, Expansión, Gewinn, Enfoque al Éxito, American Banking Association, Management Today, Rydges, and Cintermex.

After his university education, Khadem pursued an academic career as lecturer, research associate, and assistant professor of mathematics at the University of Southhampton, Northwestern University, and Université Laval, where he became associate professor before leaving academia to apply his education to the practical problems of organizations.

Khadem has implemented One Page Management for a large number of corporations in manufacturing, transportation, insurance, banking, and retail in Asia, Europe, Australia, and North and South America.
