Robert E. Hardy is president of the Minneapolis-based consulting firm Hardy & Peters. For several years he has taught a certified course at 3M aimed at maximizing individual performance. A state-licensed psychologist with a doctorate in counseling, he is co-author of Self-Defeating Behaviors with Milton R. Cudney.
