Tim Ray
Dr Tim Ray worked in Japan for more than seven years, where he undertook research with Professor Ikujiro Nonaka.
Subsequent collaboration with Professor Stewart Clegg at the University of Technology in Sydney has led to joint publications about power and knowledge relations in Japan. His current work includes a study of the processes by which Japanese firms interact with European-based knowledge generation.
Dr. Ray is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the Open University Business School.
