Thomas B. Kelly is the Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen Knowledge Enterprises, a business focused on electronic commerce and Internet-related knowledge opportunities. He is also Managing Director of Arthur Andersen operations west of the Rocky Mountains and a member of the firm's global management team. His career with Arthur Andersen spans thirty years and three continents and includes assignments with clients in government, finance, manufacturing, and retailing.
