Tor Blomquist is a consultant in leadership and management matters and personal administration. He is also Managing Director of Tor Blomquist Management Konsult AB, which is active in the areas of outplacement and managers mobility. He also spends time as a leader of seminars for future managers and internal recruitment.

Tor is a former director of Personnel at IBM in Sweden, Swedish Match and the Euroc company, and has a long and solid experience of management development and recruitment. He is a former county politician and spends some time holding speaches on his favourite subject: leadership.
