W. Norman Smallwood
W. Norman Smallwood is a founding partner of Novations Group, Inc. and is currently a managing director. He has led business strategy, organization design, and human resource management projects for a wide variety of clients spanning multiple industries. Before founding Novations, Norm worked at Esso Resources Canada Ltd. in Calgary, Alberta, and Proctor & Gamble in Georgia. Currently, he is head of the new Results-Based Leadership division at Novations, which provides training and consulting services based on the ideas contained in the book Results-Based Leadership.
