Innovation and Entrepreneurship is the latest book from the acknowledged master of management writers. It explains the essential practices and strategies for successful extrepreneurial management, using international case studies to illustrate key points. The message is that any manager can become innovative/entrepreneurial, whether working in the private or public sectors, in large or small organisations.
Peter Drucker systematically examines the 'what, when and why' of his subject — policies and decisions; opportunities and risks; structures and tactics; remuneration and rewards.
