Contracting and procurement are more important to businesses today than ever before. With the explosive growth of outsourcing since the 1990s, business managers in general, and project professionals in particular, find that they need to get up to speed on basic principles and practices of contracting and procurement. Principles of Contracting for Project Management
Rating: ***** (OK)
A very basic book about procurement. They added the keyword Project Management, but I fail to see the connection...
In reality, it feels more like 2-3 lectures for an undergraduate course in procurement, and as such, it is OK.
