Review:
This could have been a very interesting case study of about 20 pages, followed with about 5 pages general gossip and some background. As it is now, it's about 200 pages too long, too personal and of most interest to some IKEA- or Kamprad-heads, not the general business populace.
Acceptable written, and easy to read, but don't expect to learn anything shattering....
