Santiago Jaramillo is the CEO and co-founder of Emplify, and a nationally-recognized expert on employee engagement. He's also the co-author of Agile Engagement, the bestselling book that provides employers with a framework for measuring employee engagement to achieve measurable business results.
Santiago leads a team of employee engagement experts, on a mission to help executives and HR leaders unlock the full potential of their people. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Kate, and their two cats, Pippa and Peach.
Santiago has a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
